Golden – Harold Ray Johnson, 63, died Oct. 21, 2009, in Meridian. He was born March 30, 1947, in Itawamba County to Hassell and Dewdrop Sparkman Johnson. He worked in law enforcement in Itawamba County. He was a member of Tishomingo Church of Christ.
Services were Oct. 24 at Senter Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Sandy Springs Cemetery.
Survivors included his wife, Lynette Hyde Johnson of Golden; two daughters, Sebrina Clanton (Ronald) of Golden and Tabatha Morgan (Ken) of Mantachie; one son, David Johnson (Cindy) of Fort Hood, Texas; 17 grandchildren, Farron, Kane, Kristian, Kolton, Katelyn, Konner, Chyenne, Dylan, Austyn, Marissa, Kayla, Skylar, Ramey, Marshall, Christopher, Mia and Madison; one sister, Clara Sandlin of Fulton; one brother, Howard Johnson of Fulton.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
