Has anyone found Isaac Newton Ingram of Covington County Mississippi in the 1880 census. He was the son of Joseph Gaston Ingram. He appears in the 1870 census being 13 years old. I know he died in 1900 in Washington Parish, LA. He married Mary Culpepper around 1875 or so. He married Lydia Watts in 1891 in Slidell, LA. It is strange no one has found him in the 1880 census. In 1880 he should be there with his wife and a son and daughter. He had a son named Brown and a daughter named Rebecca.
