I wonder if you have ever visited the Greenwood Cemetery? I have a ggg grandfather buried there. His name is Robert Wooten and I wonder if his tomestone could be photographed? It is a stone that was transfered from Church Hill (Pool) Cemetery. He died 1852. I heard once that these old stones were piled against a wall or house or something. The WPA and also the Clay Co. Gene. Soc. have read this Cemetery.
Can you put me in touch with the Genealogical Society? Either a post office address or E-mail address?
Tell me how you fit in with the Wooten family. Do you know anything about Robert or his wife Elizabeth? His children were John R Wooten and sister Elizabeth who married Allen Carr.
Have a happy Christmas. Eileen Geneii1@aol.com
