Hello. I am searching for any information out there on Jacob B Lanham, born abt. Mar 1854, and his wife Elizabeth Thrasher, born abt 1857. I am their second great-grandson through their son Isaac Newton Lanham, born 5 Sep 1879 and died 20 Nov 1944.
The names of Jacob's parents were Jacob C Lanham and Matilda Donathan. I have no information of Elizabeth's parents.
I find Jacob and Elizabeth living together in Clay Co in the 1880 census, but by the 1900 census he is a widower. Jacob still lives in the county in 1910, but as to his life beyond that date, I know nothing.
Estimating by the dates of their children in the 1900 & 1910 census, Elizabeth died somewhere between 1896 and 1900.
If anyone has any information at all that they could share, it would be greatly appreciated.
