Carter and Elizabeth Moseley. Thomas b.1785
North Carolina; Elizabeth b. 1787 South
Carolina. At least 7 children born of the
marriage including Thomas Kervin Carter, who
lived and died in Clarke County, Ms. and
Elijah Milburn Carter, who migrated to Texas.
