Identification of old place name: "Waunuta"

My family has an old Bible which belonged to my g-grandmother, Letha Hammond. It was printed c.1867 and is inscribed "Presented by C.A. Lyerly to Waunuta S. School" (or possibly "E.A. Lyerly"). I trying to determine where she lived when she received this Bible. I've found in the 1880 census that there was a banker named C.A. Lyerly living in Enterprise, MS. Does anyone have any info on an old church or community in the Enterprise / Stonewall area called Waunuta?
