Looking for info on Stewart (or Stuart) Clifton Wilkins. According to the WWI draft registration, he was born Nov. 17, 1893 in Shubuta, Clarke County, MS. He and wife Ceila (or Celia) were in Quitman, Clarke County, MS on the 1920 census. Evidently he married my wife's gg-aunt, Corrie (or Cora) Stacey after 1924. (She was in that year listed on a sister's obit as Mrs. C. B. Overstreet of Meridian, Miss.)
Corrie was first married to William Henry Overstreet (b. May 30, 1882; d. November 8, 1918). William died in Meridian, Lauderdale County, MS and was buried in Springfield, Effingham County, Georgia.
I have mention of Corrie on 2 of her brother's obits:
1. Her brother Thomas Easton Stacey's obit (June 4, 1949) lists her as Mrs. S. C. Wilkins of Shubuta, Miss.
2. Her brother Lafayette Levi Stacey's obit (Nov. 13, 1958) lists her as Mrs. Stewart Wilkins of Shubuta, Miss.
