They were married in Copiah Co but I believe they lived in Grand Gulf, Claiborne Co, MS. They are listed in the 1870 census in Grand Gulf. He was b in VA and she in England (Shrophire). Clara came to the US (probably thru New Orleans) with her mother and siblings between 1831 or 2 when her father died and 1846 when she married.
Charles A Pearson was born around 1807 and Clara about 1828. Their children were

Does anyone recognize this family? I am interested in parents of Charles and where he was prior to MS.
