Also, living nearby is William R. Williams (buried at Greensboro, MS) who served under Isaac Williams in the Creek and Indian War ("War of 1812"), and I believe William is probably a kinsman. His pension record stated he enlisted from Lincoln Co., TN. I've found references to the name Isaac Williams in Lincoln Co., TN. I remember one deed, though not the date off hand, which showed an Isaac Williams of Davidson Co., TN selling land in Lincoln Co. William's household is as follows:

I did not find Capt. Isaac Williams in the 1860 census, I would assume he died between the years 1850 and 1860. I've not located his grave either, however his son Peter Williams died in Greene County, Ala.; and Isaac's son Paul Williams is buried at Milligan Springs Cem. in present day Grenada Co., MS, although he lived in what is today Montgomery Co., MS. Issac's grandson Robert A. Williams is buried at Kilmichael's Friendship Cem. in Kilmichael, Miss (Montgomery Co., MS).
I am assuming you've read Isaac Williams' pension record which stated that Isaac was in Carroll Co., MS, in 1839 and in Choctaw County, MS., in 1846, "living with sons and son-in-laws." In Carroll County he may have been living with whom I believe is his daughter, Hannah, wife of Nathan Pittman III.
