William and Martha Chew on 1850 Census

Abel Grace RATHELL/RATHAL b. 1818 Baltimore, MD (per his tombstone, but not sure if county or city) and wife were in MS on the 1850 Census of Holmes Co. with children Rebecca, Mary, James, and Zachary. A. G. was listed as a miller and born MD. Mary was 28 b. VA.
William P. CHEW 36 b. MD and also a miller, was listed with wife Martha age 23 also b. VA with children John, Thomas, William, Francis and Martha.
All children of both couples were born in MS 1842 or later.
There is a marriage for a William P. CHEW to a Martha Ann SMITH 15 June 1842 in Carroll Co., MS, not far from Holmes. The date is right for the age of the first child age 7 in 1850.
I suspect that these two families are related and/or migrated together from MD/VA to MS. There are Chews and RATHELL/RATHAL on the census indexes of MD in various places near each other, but I do not have access to the census itself.
If anyone has info on these families, I would love to exchange info. I am seeking parents for them.
