I too could use some help with the 1870 Carroll Co., MS Census. I have found Camp P. Newell on the 1840 and 1850 Carroll Co., Census but not on the 1860 or 1870 Census. I am certain that he and his family were living in the County during that time. I know that he died in Carroll Co. in 1877. I would be interested in someone looking to see if there are any Newell listings in the 1870n Census.
