Hello,
I've seen a post on the Gordon forum about Andrew Alexander that includes personal civil war stories about him carrying Capt Price off the field of battle etc. The posts were several years old. I want to know what the source is for these civil war stories. Are these family stories passed down through generations or was it published somewhere?
Also, what is the proof that Sarah Jane Henry is his mother. I haven't ever been able to find a copy of the marriage record. Are people getting this from family bibles? Everybody that is a relative of AA states all these things as facts and no one lists where the information is coming from. I'd absolutely love to know who actually researched and found these stories.
Thanks so much,
Stacy Ferris
