We are most interested in BENJAMIN ROGERS mentioned as brother to MARTHA A. PEARSON in this will as we believe he might be the BENJAMIN ROGERS on the 1800 Montgomery Co. NC Census ? I have no information on ROBERT ROGERS who is also listed on this will as brother to MARTHA and would like to have any information on him that others may have and will post.

The will is from Will Book C. page 95 of Anson Co. NC Wills
