Henry POSTLETHWAITE (1778-1823)

I would be interested in comparing notes with anyone who is related to Henry Postlethwaite (1778-1823). He was born in Carlisle, PA, and later moved to Waynesburg, Greene County, PA. After spending some time there, he moved to Natchez, Mississippi where he died some years later of yellow fever.

My interest in Henry Postlethwaite comes from my discovery that my ancestor, Archibald Hood of Waynesburg (1760/70-c.1838), hired Henry Postlethwaite as his attorney when he was suing or getting sued.

Thank you!

- John J. Hood
