I am seeking information on the above families. The tombstone on the graves of my GGG Grandparents, William M. Sims and Sarah M. (Calhoun) Sims of Randolph County, AL was placed there by the Mozley and Butler families of Marietta, GA, according to the inscription on the tombstone. My GGG Grandparents are buried at the Bethlehem Campground United Methodist Church Cemetery in Graham, Randolph County, AL. William M. Sims was born on June 11, 1801 and died on March 19, 1873. Sarah Sims was born on August 22, 1809 and died on August 6, 1903. Could anyone shed some light on the connection between the Mozley and Butler families of Marietta, GA and the Sims?
