I believe this to be the M. C. Mozley listed in the probation of Uncle Zack's will. He lived in Akron, OH in 1936. He would have been born about 1903. Who was his father? His father would have had to have been a desc. of one of Zachariah Taylor Mozley's brothers, as only siblings or their desc. were named in the will and it's condicils.

In a condicil of Sept 1933, M. C. Mozley's address is given as R.F. D. 3, Rome, GA.
