I believe that Robert Moyle is Robert Johns Moyle, a farrier, and my great-great-great grandpa. I made the Johns connection because I have the marriage cert. of his son, John Johns Moyle who married Elizabeth Pennington at the Parish Church Tavistock, 10th February 1849. They never appear anywhere but here with the 'Johns' middle name as far as I can see, which is why it is hard to pick up. The father is given as Robert Johns Moyle, occupation farrier. I can provide a copy from a scanned image if required, just SAE needed. Mail me for the address. Please see also my recent new posting re the line from RJM to me. If you check the Johns forum for Rebecca Johns, I believe this goes back a bit further to RJM's father John Moyle.

Hope that this is helpful.
