Bill, Thanks for the reply and information rer Moyle familes. Iam just tying up ends on a sitiuation that developed when Benedicta Horne daughter and heir of Henry Horne, of Horne's Place in Kent.After his death in 1565 the daughter with Richard Guildford son of Sir Richard fled the country being recusants and never returned from France.There seemed to be free-for all among interested parties as this was large estate. My records show;- Roger Horne Knight kiiled inm france 1548 of the above estates. his sonm Henry b 1539 d 1559 married Katnerine Moyle 1559 daughter of Sir Walter Moyle of Boughton Aluph the residence of his father, " D 1603.BUCKWELLS".
