Wiley Moye possibly in GA early 1800's

I am searching for information on a Wiley Moye who was in the Georgia area in 1806 as he received a draw in the land lottery in Wilkes County. He was listed in the will of Philemon Bird Sr in same county in 1809. I believe he is the father of a Peruna (?spelling) who married a Bird- around 1800, I believe her husband was Philemon Bird Jr. who died before 1804 when she then married Moses Penn. Peruna and Philemon Jr. had two sons one of which was named Wiley (Wyley) Moye Bird. The later was my 2nd great grandfather and I do want to get more info on the family. However,I need to find the family to determine if this is true and want to trace the family further back.
Does anyone out there connect?
