Indenture for Moxon family in Stoke and Northampton 1883

Is anyone interested in John Holt Moxon from Rugely and also William Moxon of Northampton? I came across details of the following indenture when searching for other Moxons:

Conveyance of the Masons Arms beerhouse at Bucknall in the parish of Stoke upon trent, Staffordshire, between John Holt Moxon of Rugeley, Gent, William Moxon of Northampton, Surgeon, John Wilshaw of Townsend, Bucknall, Flint Grinder and Joseph Holdcroft of Bucknall, Coal Merchant and Beer Seller. -- 1883
