Mrs. Lucretia J. Evans, 88, of 2009 Cypress Lane, Wyomissing, Berks County, formerly of 138 Ridge St., Coaldale, died Friday in St. Joseph's Hospital, Reading. She was the widow of Walter O. Evans.

Born in Coaldale, Schuylkill County, she was a daughter of the late George and Me Jones Maury.

She was a member of Frist Congregational United Church of Christ, Coaldale.

Surviving are Frank D. Herron, with whom she resided, and a sister Mrs. Mary Klotz of Allentown.

Services at 10:30 am Wednesday at August M. Gulla Funeral Home, 130 East Ridge St., Coaldale, will be followed by by continued services at 11 am in the church. Calling hours will be 7-9 P.M. Monday in the Bean Funeral Home, N. 16th St. and Rockland St. Reading and 2-4 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. Tuesday in the Gulla Funeral Home.

Mrs. Florence E. Miller, 87, of 2127 North 18th St., Reading, formerly of Allentown, died Friday in her home. She was the widow of John E. Miller. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late William and Emma (Steitz) Rattler. She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Reading. Surviving are two daughters Mrs. Jean E. Ott of Reading and Elizabeth wife of Frederick W. Romig of Wilmington, Del.; two sisters, Theresa, wife of Franklin Maury, and Mrs. Laura Iaron (Jaron) both of Allentown and four grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 A.M. Tuesday in the church. Calling hours will be 7-9 P.M. Monday in the Bean Funeral Home, North 16th and Rockland Streets, Reading.

She worked in customer service for the former Hess's, Allentown for 15 years before retiring in 1977. Previously, she was a sewing machine operator for the former Charis Garment Manufacturing Co, Allentown.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Frederick R. and Ann M. Czoka Troller.

She was Catholic.

Survivors: Nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Mary M. Klotz, 87, of 412 Benner Road, Allentown, died Tuesday in Sacred Heart Memorial Hospital. She was the widow of Dr. Donald J. Klotz, Sr.

Born in Coaldale, she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Maury.

She was a member of Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, Allentown.

Surviving are a son, Dr. Donald J. Klotz, Jr, of Allentown; two grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

Services will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours.
