i know of one Phoebe Mouse, daughter of Daniel and Eva Speigel, that married John Hodam. They supposedly moved to Ohio. They also had a daughter named Phoebe. In the Hardy County Deed Book 13, page 229 gives an indenture dated 2 Mar 1841. In this document it mentions Amos Mallow and his wife Phebo of Pendleton County in what is now WV. This Phoebe believed to have been born in Randolph County,WV married Amos Mallow and they had at least one daughter, Dolly Jane (born 8/25)--(Mallow's Church records page 64). That's about all I can dig out right now. This information came from a book published by Helen Poe from Kerens, WV. I hope this helps and maybe I can give you more info later. Tks for the reply.
