William Moulden to New Zealand from England 1890's - 1900's century

Idont know much details but my great grandfather William Moulden came to New Zealand alone at an early age in 1880's -90's. He never spoke of his family in England . He was best friends with Winstin Churchill at school, and thats all we know. He took up residence and later married Elisabeth? and on her death (she is buried in Thames, NZ) married Conny. Any information would be apprieciated.
