I am a descendant of John Henry Moudy/Allie Emma Vickery. James C. "Jim" Moudy was his brother. James C. was bn in 1848 in Tennessee. He died in 1882 in Yell County, Arkansas. He was laid to rest in Harkey Valley Cemetery, Yell Co, AR. He married Sarah E. Shipman. They had the following children (that I know about) (1) William T> Moudy bn 1870 in Arkansas. William T. Moudy was married to Ida Lorena Harkey on 14 Sep 1893. Ida Lorena Harkey was bn about 1873 in Chickalah (or) Dardanelle, Yell Co., AR. James C. "Jim" Moudy's parents were Ambrose Pinkney Moudy (he was a twin) and Sarah Prior "Sally" Thompkin. They came to Yell Co, AR around 1847-48 from Weakly Co, TN and settled in Harkey's Valley near his parents, Thomas and Alicy Moudy. All were members of the Magazine Primitive Bapt. Church. They are buried together in Harkey's Valley Cemetery, along with all five of their children and their spouses. (Daniel Jackson Moudy, Mary Caroline Moudy, Amanda Ann Moudy, and John Henry Moudy.
