Mostransky Mostranski Mastranski Mostranska Mastranska Mistranski Mostranskyj

My great grandfather Stephanus Mastranski immigrated to America in November 1912.

I am aware that there are several spelling variations to the surname:

Mostransky, Mostranski, Mastranski, Mostranska, Mastranska, Mistranski, Mostranskyj

There appears to be one person that ties a lot of these names together and could very well be the first Mostransky to the US. The only problem is that his name is illegible on both Meychal Mostranskyj's and Stephanus Mastranski's manifest. The name could be Vladislav or something that ends in "law" for a first name.

I am after any information that is to do with any of these surnames originating in old Austria-Hungary (ie Poland, Galicia, Austria, Ukraine).
