Armina/Ermina J. Mosteller of Columbia County PA, about 1873?

This is the name of my grandfather's mother. His name was Myron Phillips, his father Alfred/Alford Phillips. I can not find any information on her but I know she was born and died in Pennsylvania. I can track her residences via the US Census of 1900, 1920, & 1930. She was born about 1873 and married Alford sometime before 1900 (residence during that census was in Lycoming County, PA). My unclse said she was of the Mostellers from Columbia County, PA but I have NO IDEA about her parents, etc. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

*She also used the name "Mina J" & "Irina" (according to US Censuses)
**She may have married a Mosteller rather than have that as her maiden name?? (I just want to cover the bases because I want to fill in the whole other branch of my family line!)
