nathan, my name is joan phillips, my moser/mosier family came from missouri. i have only been able to go back as far as abt 1824-1827 with emeziah moser married rachel watkins 1844 in green co indiana. from there they went to ozark co., mo. to wright co., mo. by 1860. emeziah moser volunteered in 1862 in the union army. he and rachel had 8 children. nancy c.-john w.-sarah j.-martha e.-mary a.-(twins)-caroline m.-james c.(could have been clarence) & william wesley moser (my great-grandfather). the name Clarence rang a bell. emeziah died in the civil war and other than my great-grandfather, i have run into a dead in with the rest of the family. i 'm hoping maybe just maybe you can have info, on the family...thank you....joan
