I believe that Elizabeth Mosher Dean was married to my gggg grandfather Isaac Dean born 1787 place unknown who died in 1853 in Hastings County Ontario. He was in Hastings Militia, then a farmer and finally an inn keeper at the time of his death. Refer to Randy Saylor's website for a land record of May 1857. My IsaacDean's wife was Elizabeth at the time of his death. On his property, the following people owned parts. Part one, Lavina Dean(unmarried and probably the third daughter previously unknown to me that was mentioned in Isaac's will, Adam Acker Dean born 1811 that was in the Hastings Militia as a young man with his father), part two Irena Mosher(was she a sister or other relative of Elizabeth) Eliphalet Adams Mosher born 27 Nov 1793 was married to Susannah S Rosebush and had a daughter Irena born 1831. Eliphalet's son Hiram Mosher born 1836 called his daughter Irena. Was Elizabeth Mosher Dean a daughter of Eliphalet Adams Mosher that was not recorded? Also, Daniel Mosher that married Ann Levina Black had a daughter Eliza. Mosher family websites show Daniel Mosher born 1786 in Hants Nova Scotia that married a Lavina who died 2 Dec 1870 dying in Nova Scotia. He is buried in the Sim-Martin Cemetery wlith is 1/2 km across the county line of Norfolk and Eligin Counties. The stones are on Field of Stones and Daniel died 1851. The third part of the propery was owned by blank(Letitia Beatty) wife of Adam Acker Dean 1811 with Adam himself. Unfortunately , Irena Mosher was deceased by 1862 before these land transactions were finalized and her executors of the estate were now involved.
