PS>I don't know that your research is wrong.I think that Enoch Berry Moseley who was the apparent father of Sarah E. Young's children was the son of David Moseley because of proximate habitat, but I don't see where anything but YDNA of more than one line can really prove parentship. I was told that papers exist that show that Enoch Berry Moseley was sued for paternity by Sarah and admitted that he was the father of Eliza.Since Joseph's desc.'s YDNA placed him in the Mozley group, closest to my line, then we have assumed that Enoch is also the father of Joseph. And I think that there is enough proof to assume that David is the father of Enoch.
Apparently, the story goes that Enoch and Sarah had "jumped the broom" but had not been married by a minister, so apparently Enoch deserted Sarah and then married Margaret Eveline Wiliams in Gordon Co., GA.He seems to me to have a lack of morals at least.
As to Baxter being the father of David??????He was in the area and that ususally shows the possibility of some relationship, even if it is not so.That is all we have to go on until more DNA testing is done.If we were rich and coudl pay for all the Mozley/Moseley/Mosely/Mosley, etc males in the US to have their YDNA tested, we might really get somewhere! But, that probably wouldn't happen even if we had the money to test everyone. We are just too paranoid to do that.
So, back to looking for clues! You are doing a most wonderful job of trying to sort these peoples out!I am just flamoxed that two different lines have shown up and I have no clue!
Yours sincerely
