Nell, I have spent a few hours surfing tonight.I don't recognize the names you sent me.....they are probably brothers or fathers, sons, etc.
Thomas Moseley goes back as far as 1820 on the Jefferson Co., Ga. census....of course we only have the head of the house.
I found in Jeff. Co. Thomas Moseley born in 1757 and his father was just listed as Father Mosley.
Thomas Mosley of about 1788 - their son married Elizabeth McFarland in Jeff. Co. on August 3, 1813.She was born about 1792
Then I have Thomas M. Moseley - born 1824
married to my gggrandfather's daughter Dailsha Elizabeth or Elizabeth D.She was born abt. 1830.....first child was John D, Moseley (1844-1845)
Sarah E.(1848-49)
William T.(1851=52)
Infant - no name....4 months'
There was another child James F. born about 1854....he does not appear on the 1860 census.....he must have died.I believe I read that they had 2 children who had died.
I don't know if this fits in with any of your line or not.I can't find Thomas and Elizabeth D. on the 1850, 1870, 1880, etc. census. The only one I have is 1860 in Jeff. Co.
Another project another day ....to find where they lived...must have moved from Jeff.
Hope this helps some.Jean
