Donna or Doug, do either of you have more information about William or Robert Moscrip children and grandchildren?

I am having a difficult time determining the father of my great-grandfather, Andrew Moscrip (b.1830, died 9/3/00, married Frances (or Fannie) Nichols b.abt.1836.

Andrew and Fannie appear in the 1870 and 1880 census for Meredith, Delaware County, NY. I am descended from their son Ransom, b.1875, died 2/9/41.

Any information or assistance would be appreciated!

William Moscrip came to this country in 1793 from Roxburgh, Scotland, and settled in Delaware County, New York (perhaps stopping in Connecticut on the way) according to his naturalization papers from 1816. He had, apparently, a brother Robert who also lived in Delaware County, New York.

William married Elizabeth Unknown.
Their known children:

William
Robert
George
Nancy b. 1905
