Moscrops from Cumberland to Vancouver

If any one is relate to Moscrops that came to Vancouver before the turn of the century please email me as I have a cousin whose wife is looking for decendents of her family. There is a school named after them...and one son, Arthur Moscrop made a name for himself. He loved steam and used to drive around Vancouver in a steam built car that he built. But what he really did was build and design tug boats. He was a master craftsman...very good at what he does, infact one of his tugs was redone and on display at Expo 86. It is now at the Vancouver Mar. Museum. He also was pulled out of retirement to supervise the building of the first RCMP ship called St. Roche.

Thomas, the father, brought all of his children (who were adults) out with him to Manitoba and then headed west with the train. And they all met and married their spouses in BC.

If you have Moscrops from Vancouver in your branch...chances are you are related to this line.
