Graeme: Have responded in the past to some of your postings but never heard back to you...but when reading this latest posting I noticed that some of the names I have for your Moscrips are the same as mine. John, John Andrew, Lavina etc.
My gggrandfather was John Andrew son of Thomas Hall Moscrip. He married Lucina Miller Shaw in Indian Lake, New York State.
He died in Thedford, Ontario, Canada and so did Lucina.
I have the tree continuing down from him and also for some of his siblings who also came to Canada.
Thomas Hall Moscrip is buried Mountview Cemetery, Galt, Cambridge, Ontario, Canada along with his wife Agnes.
Would love to hear from you to see what you have.
