Charles Wells Russell b. 16 Mar 1856 in WV - d. Apr 5 1927 son of Charles Wells Russell Sr. and Margaret Moore, married first: on 19 Feb 1880 to Lucy Floyd Mosby b. 1851 - d. 1884. They had: Charles died age 7 months, Margaret died age 15 years, and John 'Jack' Russell who married Claire Peugnet.I do not have their issue if any. He then married second : on 5 Oct 1885 to Lelia James Mosby b. 1849 - d. 8 Jun 1928 and they had Lucy Virginia Russell who married first Alfred James Ogston and second Dr. Isaac Stockton Keith Reeves.
