My Morton line is actually that of Marshall Morton located in Newberry SC 1790 and thereafter in Pendleton SC on to Alabama by 1820. CANNOT get past him at all. DNA hasn't helped alot except to prove that he is not part of an Irish migration and his gene pool is through Virginia into Maryland. If you ever run across him in anything will you please remember me, and I'll remember you.
