your Morton names caught my eye. My great grandfather was Charles Edgar Morton born in /somerset Co Maine His father was Ithamar D Morton and possible his father was Stephen Morton Somerset Co Maine Ithamar was K I A civil war may 19, 1864 and we have no proof who his parents were. been searching since 1978 for him.
