I am looking for information about my grandfather, Edgar Morton(b.1881) married Charlotte Anne Rispin (b.1880)in 1902 and emigrated to the USA by himself in 1912.
I have been told that he was to sail on the Titanic but could not as it was fully booked.
I understand he died of pneumonia around 1920.
His father was John Morton, a tailor. He may have had a sister, Ethel.
