My mother has been trying to locate my great-grandmother's parents, the father's name is Joseph. Maude was born around 1880, possibly in Boston. She use to say her parents were from Wisconsin. She claimed through her mother to be Indian. But we can't locate any information on Joseph Morse from Wisconsin, or even Maude. We found some info from the 1890 census showing her at 17 living with an aunt in Boston, otherwise we can't find her.
Any help would be appreciated.
