Zepherine Morriset

I have found a Zepherine and Sophia Morriset on the 1870 Superior Wisconsin Census. They are neighbors of Frank (Louis Francois) and Philomen Morriset. It would seem they may be brothers or cousins as they are neighbors but I have no record of a Zepherine. Their children are listed as Peter 2 and John 4/12. Louis is my husbands great grandfather. Does anyone have any info on either of these familys?
