I have just learned today that President Franklin Pierce, who partially came down from Isaac Morrill share his Pierce blood wwith a lady now alive, named former first lady, Barbara Pierce Bush. She came from Marvin Pierce, b. 1893. She is therefore a cuz of Pres. Franklin Pierce, he having Ike Morrill blood. (I came down from Abe Morrill via Sarge Morrill, then from Ruth Morrill when she married my gr gr grfa., William Foy, b. 1788 in Vermont) end
