This is really just by way of an introduction. I am another descendent of R.V. Morrel; two r's one l, please! <g> that has become interested in the family history. My father was Taylor Edwards Morrel SO John "Jack" Green Morrel, SO John Reece Morrel, SO Ralph DeKalb Morrel, SO Reece Vandever Morrel. What I have is an old genealogy prepared by an unknown person from what they call the "Family Record" in 1936 which was in the possession of Mrs. Smith of Blooming Grove, Tx. Obviously, I have a lot of catching up to do! Also, I was just curious about where this "Family Record" is now. Does anyone know? Thanks.
