I have a James B. Morphew born in 1820 in Knox Co., Tenn. He was married to Louisa Howser before he married Martha Grubbs Bankston. Martha had 4 sons from her first marriage to William Bankston. James raised her 4 boys. William, Thomas, John & and James. James B. Morphew and Martha had a daughter named Clara Ellen Morphew. Clara was married to Ben F. Norton. Clara died in 1930 in Tulsa Okalhoma. I have been looking for any info on these Bankston boys. I was hoping that someone from the Morphew line may be able to help. Thanks.
