The information below is only "similar to what you have". However, the names are a little different and seem way too coincincidental not to be a mix up. Could you have a few names crossed? For example:
Jean Francois married Reine Pelletier 11/11/1745. They had Alexis and Marie Reine.
Alexis Morneault married Marie Charlotte Gerbert on 7/20/1789.
Marie Reine Morneault, born July 05, 1751 in St. Roch-des-Aulnaies, Quebec, Canada; died June 02, 1819; married Pierre Ferdinand Ouellet. Not sure of their children's names, but she may have had a Marie Madeleine?
Alexis & Marie Charlotte had Edouard, Louise and Pascal. They could have had more children, but I have no evidence of it.
Edouard, who was born 1801, did have 16 kids; But, none of them were named Marie Madeleine. He did have a Marie, but she was born August 18, 1852, not 1796.
Hope this helped straighten things out for you and make your search clearer.
Best of luck,
Michelle (Morneault) Bove
