genealogy of Book of Mormon

I am curious has anyone connected Moroni, Mormon, Nephi, Lehi and others mentioned in Book of Mormon to the descendants of Adam and Eve in the Bible.
I have read that they are descendant of Manessah{Manasses} but I have found more than on in the Bible, so I don't know which one.
I have been working on the genealogy of the Bible and since I have an Uncle that's a Mormon now the I would try to add the people in the Book of Mormon to the file too.
