I have been doing research down the William Henry Morgan Line and I am being careful to use only primary documentation-meaning official documents-because there are SO MANY William Henry Morgans. I believe that only Douglas was born in Texas and that there is a family story that W.H. Was married to an Indian woman. I haven’t found any documentation on this except that the 1910 census states that Douglas was the only one born in Texas and It also gives the length of time that W.H. And Nancy Susannah had been married. Here is his life so far. I have two facts sometimes because the 1910 and 1920 census’ gave different birth places. I believe the 1910 census since it was done by a school teacher who is listed Just above W.H. On the census record.
