Cathy, I have found the marriage record for Sarah Morgan and John Faith, showing as Feurth on the 1860 Census. They were married Nov. 12, 1854 in Richland County but cannot make out the name of the town. It shows her parents as VB and Elizabeth Morgan but no information for him. His occupation was a "hireling," a jack of all trades willing to work for anyone who would pay him. The Justice of the Peace who performed the ceremony was James M McKinney, possibly a relative to Elizabeth. John was born in Indiana and was killed in the War of the Rebellion Oct. 31st, 1862 in Arcadia, Mo. He was with Company H of the Wisconsin Infantry. There is also records for Henderson and George W Faith, all enlisting at Port Andrew. Maybe brothers as they too came from Indiana.

Carol
