Reds Morgan of Grayson Co., VA in 1794

Hello,

I found this reference to a fellow named Reds Morgan who was apparently not able to pay his taxes in Grayson County, Virginia in 1794. Does anyone know who he was?

Grayson County, Virginia Order Book 1793-1794

Pg 43, (23 April 1794)

Ordered that Ephram Osborne of charitable reasons appearing to the court exonereded from the payment of county levy and poor rates.

Reds Morgan – Same.
