Hello,

William H. Morgan was born about 1842-3 in Shelby County, Illinois. He was the son of Rhoda (Matthews) & James Martin Morgan.

Rhoda died between 1852-1860. James Martin Morgan died in 1862.

Is William H. Morgan the fellow referred to as "cousin" in various Miami County, Kansas histories and obituaries of James Marion Morgan (son of William and Nancy (Edwards) Morgan)?

If so, who is the wife Lucinda he married by about 1872, probably in Miami County, Kansas?

Does anyone know what happened to his sisters Susan (born about 1841) and Mary Jane (born about 1852)?
