Hello Fellow Morgan Family. I am searching very hard to find my Morgan connections. they are substanial, but back a bit. I know them, but some things about them, but I need decendents, or documentation ect. So I have a path to follow. Mine G.G.G. Grandmothers, making them twice as hard to follow. They are: Sarah, Sally A. ( Anne ) Morgan. bn. cir. 1795 in S. Carolina., according to census records. I pick her up in my history in Tn. 1840, 50, 60, married to a Lynch HAtfield, and she is my G.G. grandfathers Mom. Also Leanna/Leannah/ or any near spelling, also in Tn. marr. to G.G.G. grandfather, NAthan LAwson in Caliborne co. Tn. She bn. 1790, cir. and also bn. in The Carolinas. Early stories tell of her coming through the rushes with the Boones. I have her well documentated in Tn. with records, ect. 1840, 50, 50, 70, ect. BUT.... WHERE DID THEY COME FROM, WHO WERE THE PARENTS, ARE THEY RELATED? wERE THEY QUAKERS? FROM THE Carolinas. Being a female line, I would gladly help to fund, someone for Dna testing, as I have done for my HAtfields and LAwsons. Being female, I have no one of my own who could test. I may be able to get a couson, of the percieved male line we could test against the NAtional, Dna line of Familytree. I firmly believe in this method of connecting families, and it is so simple. Hoping for sonme good reports, A double Morgan cousin...... Betty Hayden Notify Administrator about this message?
