DESPARATELY SEEKING 'H.H. MORGAN', CIVIL WAR VET

I need to find out who the 'H.H. Morgan' on a Gettysburg cane is. I've come with EITHER: H. H. Morgan of the 11th Vermont, or H.H. Morgan in the 3rd AL Engineers, ALSO present at Gettysburg. I'm thinking VT because the cane also says, 'Where Farnsworth Fell' - Elon Farnsworth commanded the 1st VT Cavalry in a futile and suicidal charge in the very last action on the field. If ANYONE OUT THERE CAN HELP ME TO IDENTIFY THE H.H.MORGAN on my cane, I'd be eternally grateful!
